Nancy Dickson, Vice PresidentNancy has spent the last 17 years in the financial services arena, specializing in health plan administration, employee benefits training, office administration, and enrollment services. She works with our new clients to transition them from plan design to implementation and then to our service system. Additionally, she conducts enrollment meetings for our larger clients with multiple offices. She is an honors graduate of Brigham Young University and mother of six children.
Adam Dickson, Vice President, SalesAdam has over 10 years of financial services experience and is both Securities licensed and insurance licensed. Along with that he is certified by NIPA as an Accredited Pension Representative. Adam grew up in southern Orange County, California and attended Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. He specializes in plan design and implementation as well as distribution options and wealth preservation for retiring employees.
Donetta Bair, Client Services ManagerDonetta brings a great deal of experience to our organization. Prior to joining us she spent 11 years as Senior Sales Coordinator with the 401(k) division of Manulife Financial (Now John Hancock). She is licensed in insurance and securities and has spent her career, including the last 5 years with Energi Pension Systems, in the financial services arena. Donetta assists our clients in their day-to-day service issues, as well as providing sales support, employee communications and enrollment support.
